Before youknowwho joined adidas Y-3, we've had our eye on this lovely design. It's like a hybrid of ballet shoes meets martial arts shoes meets Air Hurrache meets space shoes. This is for those with an acquired taste, but also with good taste. You have to be daring to pull these off.

We’ve had a few false dawns, but we all know winter is the least compromising season and will be back in full force in a matter of weeks. This blog gives a lot of coverage to Nike Air Max and will continue to as long as they keep producing killer kicks like the Nike Air Max Lunar 90. Yet another twist on the ever extending product line that is the Air Max 90. If rumours are to be believed, they’ll retail at around £105. Nike has opted to release the “infared” colourway early which will surely please the diehards. Let us know your thoughts on these.

Another quirky launch from Nike is the Atmos x Air Max 90: Duck Camo x Infared. A rare collaborative effort from Nike and boy does it impress. These are both outlandish and quirky in equal measures. They are the ideal twist on your dark and moody outfit. Not for the faint-hearted or the boring. 

Kith New York Natives: 1996 capsule collection

We often get caught up in debates comparing today with yesteryear without coming to a conclusion. Kith NYC give us the answer here with their 1996 capsule collection.

The idea behind the collection was to give consumers an idea of what Kith would have looked like had it come out in the 90's. The designs are influenced by the music and in innercity subcultures of that era.

Kith have aptly chosen AZ, the 90's hip hop legend and native New Yorker to model this range. The Varsity jackets are probably the highlight. Check it out here.

Co-ordinate the right way Pt2

Colour co-ordination doesn’t mean uniform. Too many people view co-ordination in the style of a sports strip, ie. Everything matching.

Co-ordination is described as "the organisation of different elements of a complex body so as to enable them to work together effectively."

The definition of uniform is "to remain the same in all cases and at all times, unchanging in form or character."

Leading contender for the shoes of the summer is the Nike Max 90 EM 'Beaches of Rio. A real summer splash of exotic flavours to make an eye-catching masterpiece. I have been quite scathing of Air Max 90’s on here, but these are undeniably gorgeous. Not for the faint hearted or those who don’t know how to deal with colours. If you can handle your colours, these are a must have this summer.
